In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Stage Design for The Little Humpbacked Horse by Konstantin Korovin. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 26,460.00 (€ 31,066.53), 32% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Korovin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View From The Terrace, Gurzuf in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,497,250.00 (€ 1,892,574.20).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Stage Design for The Little Humpbacked Horse von Konstantin Korovin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 26.460,00 (€ 31.066,53) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Korovin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View From The Terrace, Gurzuf im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.497.250,00 (€ 1.892.574,20).
