This price was achieved in the auction Russian Pictures at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Korovin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View From The Terrace, Gurzuf in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,497,250.00 (€ 1,892,574.20).
