Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2012 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm, which included the work "Speed Kills" by Kjartan Slettemark. The price achieved of SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,535.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kjartan Slettemark have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Id-kort" in May 2016 with an auction result of SEK 120,000.00 (€ 12,921.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2012 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Speed Kills" von Kjartan Slettemark zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.535,10) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kjartan Slettemark auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Id-kort" im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 120.000,00 (€ 12.921,42).
