Despite a disappointment, a good price for Kjartan Slettemark
When the work "Id-kort" by Kjartan Slettemark was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2016, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 125,000.00 – 150,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 120,000.00 (€ 12,921.42). Despite this disappointing result, "Id-kort" is the most expensive artwork by Kjartan Slettemark that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Kjartan Slettemark
Als die Arbeit "Id-kort" von Kjartan Slettemark im Mai 2016 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 125.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 120.000,00 (€ 12.921,42) den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Id-kort" das teuerste Kunstwerk von Kjartan Slettemark, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
