In October 2010 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings, which included the work Faith by Kiko Escora. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 81,250.00 (€ 7,543.72), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kiko Escora - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait, which sold at auction in October 2008 for HKD 187,500.00 (€ 19,072.31).

Im Oktober 2010 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Faith von Kiko Escora zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 7.543,72) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Kiko Escora mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait beobachtet, die im Oktober 2008 für HKD 187.500,00 (€ 19.072,31) versteigert wurde.
