In April 2011 Phillips in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Postcard visit, Buffalo, 1970; New York State by Kenneth Josephson. The »bidding war« ended at USD 8,125.00 (€ 5,482.09), 35% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kenneth Josephson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Ken Josephson', which sold at auction in October 2009 for USD 18,750.00 (€ 12,707.56).

Im April 2011 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Postcard visit, Buffalo, 1970; New York State von Kenneth Josephson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 5.482,09) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Kenneth Josephson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 'Ken Josephson' beobachtet, die im Oktober 2009 für USD 18.750,00 (€ 12.707,56) versteigert wurde.
