The work Dad's Playboy by Karyn Lyons was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in November this year. It achieved a price of HKD 127,000.00 (€ 14,902.82), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. Admittedly, works by Karyn Lyons have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Pajama Party in May last year with an auction result of USD 94,500.00 (€ 88,062.62).

Die Arbeit Dad's Playboy von Karyn Lyons kam im November diesen Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 127.000,00 (€ 14.902,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karyn Lyons auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Pajama Party im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 94.500,00 (€ 88.062,62).
