This artwork by Karin Parrow achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2010. In the Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm auction, the work Blue flowers sold for SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,575.50) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Karin Parrow have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Strandservering, Marstrand" in April 2016 with an auction result of SEK 100,000.00 (€ 10,881.92).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Karin Parrow erzielte im Oktober 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm wurde die Arbeit Blue flowers für SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.575,50) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karin Parrow auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Strandservering, Marstrand" im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 100.000,00 (€ 10.881,92).
