Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Five Elements Mountain by Kao Yu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. It changed hands for a price of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 29,640.99) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 240,000.00 – 320,000.00. Other works by Kao Yu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2014 the work Milky Way Hero was auctioned for HKD 562,500.00 (€ 53,198.31).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Five Elements Mountain von Kao Yu kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 29.640,99) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 240.000,00 – 320.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Kao Yu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2014 die Arbeit Milky Way Hero für HKD 562.500,00 (€ 53.198,31) versteigert.
