Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Self Portrait by Kang Hyung-Koo was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 107,100.00 (€ 12,834.38). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kang Hyung-Koo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vincent Van Gogh in Blue in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 4,567,500.00 (€ 399,283.09).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Self Portrait von Kang Hyung-Koo kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 107.100,00 (€ 12.834,38) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kang Hyung-Koo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vincent Van Gogh in Blue im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.567.500,00 (€ 399.283,09).
