The work French demo(N)Cracy by Kader Attia was sold in the Boundless: Dubai auction at Sothebys in Dubai in November 2017. It achieved a price of USD 50,000.00 (€ 42,023.87), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Kader Attia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ghost in October 2013 with an auction result of GBP 181,875.00 (€ 214,974.81).

Die Arbeit French demo(N)Cracy von Kader Attia wurde im November 2017 in der Auktion Boundless: Dubai bei Sothebys in Dubai versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 42.023,87) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kader Attia auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ghost im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 181.875,00 (€ 214.974,81).
