Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2016 Sothebys in New York held the auction Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art, which included the work Human Globe by K. S. Radhakrishnan. The price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,364.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by K. S. Radhakrishnan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2019 the work Maiya As Graduate was auctioned for INR 1,500,000.00 (€ 18,921.86).

Im März 2016 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Human Globe von K. S. Radhakrishnan zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 15.364,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von K. S. Radhakrishnan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2019 die Arbeit Maiya As Graduate für INR 1.500.000,00 (€ 18.921,86) versteigert.
