A top price for K. M. Adimoolam
This work without title by K. M. Adimoolam was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Indian Art auction at Christies in New York in September 2006. It achieved a price of USD 9,600.00 (€ 7,566.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 37%. With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by K. M. Adimoolam that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von K. M. Adimoolam wurde im September 2006 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Indian Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 9.600,00 (€ 7.566,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 37%. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist dieses Werk ohne Titel sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von K. M. Adimoolam, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
