Adimoolam was sold in the South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art Including Works from the Collection of Mahinder and Sharad Tak auction at Christies in New York in March last year. It achieved a price of USD 7,560.00 (€ 6,815.11), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Other works by K. M. Adimoolam have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 9,600.00 (€ 7,566.80) in September 2006 for the work without title.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 7.560,00 (€ 6.815,11) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Andere Arbeiten von K. M.
