Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by K. M. Adimoolam was sold in the Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Sothebys in London in October 2021. The price achieved of GBP 3,780.00 (€ 4,478.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by K. M. Adimoolam have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2006 the work without title was auctioned for USD 9,600.00 (€ 7,566.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von K. M. Adimoolam wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.780,00 (€ 4.478,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von K. M. Adimoolam konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2006 die Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 9.600,00 (€ 7.566,80) versteigert.
