Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Fort Knox" by Juri Markkula was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 34,000.00 (€ 3,251.36). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Juri Markkula - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "IKB Ground Leaves", which sold at auction in April 2021 for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,850.37).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Fort Knox" von Juri Markkula wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 34.000,00 (€ 3.251,36) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Juri Markkula mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "IKB Ground Leaves" beobachtet, die im April 2021 für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.850,37) versteigert wurde.
