Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,575.00 (€ 6,464.41). Admittedly, works by Julius Shulman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kaufmann House, Palm Springs, 1947 in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 47,500.00 (€ 35,708.92).

Die Arbeit Kaufman House, Richard Neutra, Palm Springs, California von Julius Shulman wurde im September 2020 in der Auktion Seeing Out Of The BoxConceptual Photographs Online bei Bonhams in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.575,00 (€ 6.464,41) einen neuen Besitzer.
