This artwork by Julius Olsson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in July 2021. In the British and European Art auction, the work A Summer View Across The Bay sold for GBP 4,462.50 (€ 5,233.21) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Julius Olsson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Golden Shore, which sold at auction in December 2008 for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 18,380.09).

In der Auktion British and European Art wurde die Arbeit A Summer View Across The Bay für GBP 4.462,50 (€ 5.233,21) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.800,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Julius Olsson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Golden Shore beobachtet, die im Dezember 2008 für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 18.380,09) versteigert wurde.
