Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2018 Christies in New York held the auction First Open Online: Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Juan Uslé. The price achieved of USD 2,375.00 (€ 2,073.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Juan Uslé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nudo Suelto in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 193,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion First Open Online: Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Juan Uslé zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.375,00 (€ 2.073,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Juan Uslé erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nudo Suelto im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 193.000,00.
