The work El Mal Consejo by Juan Soriano was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2012. The result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 15,372.79) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Juan Soriano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Apolo y las musas in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 250,000.00 (€ 210,119.35).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit El Mal Consejo von Juan Soriano kam im November 2012 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 15.372,79) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Juan Soriano erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Apolo y las musas im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 250.000,00 (€ 210.119,35).
