This artwork by JPW 3 achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in March 2017. In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work P Anechoic sold for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,254.14) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by JPW 3; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot 9 sold at auction in April 2017 with the realized price of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,875.17).

Dieses Kunstwerk von JPW 3 erzielte im März 2017 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit P Anechoic für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.254,14) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von JPW 3; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit 9 im April 2017 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.875,17).
