In the Fast Forward: New Directions in Contemporary Art auction, the work Veal Breast changed hands for USD 8,750.00 (€ 8,284.42) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Josephine Halvorson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2019 by the work Slats at USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,344.04).
