The work Nu assis by József Csáky was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in March last year. It achieved a price of USD 7,650.00 (€ 6,896.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by József Csáky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figure Dite Figure Abstraite in October 2020 with an auction result of EUR 214,200.00.

Die Arbeit Nu assis von József Csáky kam im März letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 7.650,00 (€ 6.896,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von József Csáky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figure Dite Figure Abstraite im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 214.200,00.
