Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Styles Yall' Seek by José Parlá was auctioned at Phillips in March this year. It achieved a price of USD 8,255.00 (€ 7,592.90), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by José Parlá achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Writers' Bench: Grand Concourse & 149th Street, The Bronx in June last year with an auction result of HKD 1,764,000.00 (€ 214,665.78).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Styles Yall' Seek von José Parlá kam im März diesen Jahres bei Phillips zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.255,00 (€ 7.592,90) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von José Parlá erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Writers' Bench: Grand Concourse & 149th Street, The Bronx im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.764.000,00 (€ 214.665,78).
