The work "Shadows, reflections and all that sort of things #3", 1997 by Jorma Puranen was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2018. The result of SEK 50,000.00 (€ 4,725.03) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jorma Puranen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Icy Prospects (No. 17) in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 13,200.00 (€ 19,588.14).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Shadows, reflections and all that sort of things #3", 1997 von Jorma Puranen wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 50.000,00 (€ 4.725,03) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jorma Puranen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Icy Prospects (No. 17) im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.200,00 (€ 19.588,14).
