Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre (Femme De Dos) - 1964-65 by Jorge Castillo was sold in the Opening Sale 1945-Now auction at Artcurial in Paris in March 2018. It changed hands for a price of EUR 650.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jorge Castillo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wall Street I in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 60,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre (Femme De Dos) - 1964-65 von Jorge Castillo wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion Opening Sale 1945-Now bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 650,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 500,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jorge Castillo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wall Street I im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.250,00.
