Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Thudding hooves and hound music by Jonathan Armigel Wade for GBP 275.00 (€ 310.56). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jonathan Armigel Wade achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The dewpond; and Parting in April 2011 with an auction result of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,660.06).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Thudding hooves and hound music von Jonathan Armigel Wade für GBP 275,00 (€ 310,56) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 400,00 – 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jonathan Armigel Wade erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The dewpond; and Parting im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.660,06).
