The auction ended at the price of GBP 600.00 (€ 700.44), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Admittedly, works by Jonathan Armigel Wade have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The dewpond; and Parting in April 2011 with an auction result of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,660.06).
