Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Annunciation by Jonathan Armigel Wade was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in October 2010. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 900.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 937.50 (€ 1,080.95). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jonathan Armigel Wade - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The dewpond; and Parting, which sold at auction in April 2011 for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,660.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Annunciation von Jonathan Armigel Wade wurde im Oktober 2010 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 900,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 937,50 (€ 1.080,95) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Jonathan Armigel Wade mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The dewpond; and Parting beobachtet, die im April 2011 für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.660,06) versteigert wurde.
