A top price for John Würtz - as previously expected
This work without title by John Würtz was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year. The result of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 1,693.79) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by John Würtz that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von John Würtz wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 1.693,79) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von John Würtz, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
