In October 2013 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm, which included the work Two ladies in hats by John Jon-And. The result of SEK 8,000.00 (€ 923.94) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Jon-And achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Slussen" (The lock, Trollhättan) in October 2012 with an auction result of SEK 480,000.00 (€ 55,823.43).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2013 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two ladies in hats von John Jon-And zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 8.000,00 (€ 923,94) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von John Jon-And erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Slussen" (The lock, Trollhättan) im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 480.000,00 (€ 55.823,43).
