In June 2009 Sothebys in New York held the auction The Graham Arader Sale, which included the work Late Afternoon In Autumn by John Bunyan Bristol. The price achieved of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,349.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 9,000.00.
