This artwork by Johan Tirén achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work "Amatörfiskare på hemfärd" (Return of the "Fishermen") sold for SEK 50,000.00 (€ 4,781.41) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Johan Tirén have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Lapplägret vid Gleen" (The Laplander camp at Gleen) in June 2012 with an auction result of SEK 290,000.00 (€ 33,102.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Johan Tirén erzielte im Juni 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wurde die Arbeit "Amatörfiskare på hemfärd" (Return of the "Fishermen") für SEK 50.000,00 (€ 4.781,41) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johan Tirén auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Lapplägret vid Gleen" (The Laplander camp at Gleen) im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 290.000,00 (€ 33.102,31).
