A top price for Joaquín Clausell
In November 2017 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin America: Modern Art, which included the work Bosque by Joaquín Clausell. The »bidding war« ended at USD 212,500.00 (€ 178,601.45), 42% above the upper estimate. With this result, Bosque is even the most expensive work of art by Joaquín Clausell that we have observed at auctions so far.
