Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Composition Surréaliste by Joan Ponç was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art auction at Sothebys in Olympia in July 2007. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,040.00 (€ 7,485.56). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joan Ponç achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composición verde in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 78,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composition Surréaliste von Joan Ponç wurde im Juli 2007 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art bei Sothebys in Olympia versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.040,00 (€ 7.485,56) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joan Ponç erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composición verde im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 78.000,00.
