Artwork auctioned at seven times the upper estimate price
The work Landscapes by Jin Cheng was worth HKD 576,000.00 (€ 588,208.70) to a buyer in April this year. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy at China Guardian in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jin Cheng; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Spring Scenery Of Jiangnan sold at auction in October 2013 with the realized price of HKD 7,840,000.00 (€ 743,975.28).

Die Arbeit Landscapes von Jin Cheng war einem Käufer im April diesen Jahres HKD 576.000,00 (€ 588.208,70) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
