Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Brotherly Love by Jill Freedman was sold in the Prints & Photographs | Bonhams Skinner auction at Bonhams in January this year. The price achieved of USD 2,550.00 (€ 2,348.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jill Freedman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Blondie Warhol, Studio 54, which sold at auction in April 2016 for USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,916.53).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.550,00 (€ 2.348,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
