Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Jiang Zhaoshen was sold in the Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 3,964.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Zhaoshen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Scenery of Four Seasons in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,060,000.00 (€ 122,592.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Jiang Zhaoshen wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 3.964,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Zhaoshen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Scenery of Four Seasons im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.060.000,00 (€ 122.592,79).
