The work Kingfisher At Lotus Pond by Jiang Hanting was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,432.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jiang Hanting - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Birds and Flowers, which sold at auction in October 2012 for HKD 920,000.00 (€ 91,588.21).

Die Arbeit Kingfisher At Lotus Pond von Jiang Hanting wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 31.432,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53%. Für andere Arbeiten von Jiang Hanting mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Birds and Flowers beobachtet, die im Oktober 2012 für HKD 920.000,00 (€ 91.588,21) versteigert wurde.
