Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Flowers and Cicadas / Calligraphy in Seal Script by Jiang Hanting was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 81,900.00 (€ 9,476.77). Admittedly, works by Jiang Hanting have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Birds and Flowers in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 920,000.00 (€ 91,588.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Flowers and Cicadas / Calligraphy in Seal Script von Jiang Hanting wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 81.900,00 (€ 9.476,77) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jiang Hanting auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Birds and Flowers im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 920.000,00 (€ 91.588,21).
