Auction result misses estimated price range
In January this year a collector was able to acquire the work Blooming by Jiang Hanting for HKD 4,080.00 (€ 479.47). This price was achieved in the auction Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Hanting achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Birds and Flowers in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 920,000.00 (€ 91,588.21).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Blooming von Jiang Hanting für HKD 4.080,00 (€ 479,47) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Hanting erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Birds and Flowers im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 920.000,00 (€ 91.588,21).
