Auction result well in line with expectations
In September this year Bonhams held the auction Chinese Paintings-The Online sale, which included the work Insects, Bird and Flowers, 1944 by Jiang Hanting. The price achieved of HKD 10,240.00 (€ 1,235.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Hanting achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Birds and Flowers in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 920,000.00 (€ 91,588.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Chinese Paintings-The Online sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Insects, Bird and Flowers, 1944 von Jiang Hanting zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 10.240,00 (€ 1.235,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Hanting erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Birds and Flowers im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 920.000,00 (€ 91.588,21).
