The work Cats And Bamboo by Jiang Hanting was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in October last year. It achieved a price of HKD 66,000.00 (€ 8,457.62), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Hanting achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Birds and Flowers in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 920,000.00 (€ 91,588.21).

Die Arbeit Cats And Bamboo von Jiang Hanting wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 66.000,00 (€ 8.457,62) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Hanting erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Birds and Flowers im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 920.000,00 (€ 91.588,21).
