Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December last year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Standard Script Calligraphy by Jiang Chenying. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 81,900.00 (€ 9,814.53). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Chenying achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ruanji'S Poems In Running Script in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 336,500.00 (€ 314,544.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Standard Script Calligraphy von Jiang Chenying zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 81.900,00 (€ 9.814,53) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Chenying erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ruanji'S Poems In Running Script im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 336.500,00 (€ 314.544,77).
