Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jiang Chenying achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in March 2016. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy auction, the work Poems In Running Script sold for USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,559.26) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Chenying achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ruanji'S Poems In Running Script in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 336,500.00 (€ 314,544.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jiang Chenying erzielte im März 2016 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Poems In Running Script für USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.559,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Chenying erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ruanji'S Poems In Running Script im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 336.500,00 (€ 314.544,77).
