Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September this year Christies in Shanghai held the auction 20th/21st Century Art Sale, which included this untitled work by Jia Aili. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 250,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 252,000.00 (€ 30,404.76). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jia Aili achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Combustion in November this year with an auction result of USD 4,769,000.00 (€ 4,372,020.54).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Sale durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jia Aili zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 250.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 252.000,00 (€ 30.404,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jia Aili erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Combustion im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.769.000,00 (€ 4.372.020,54).
