Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Unmixed by Jia Aili was auctioned at Christies in worldwide in December 2020. The price achieved of HKD 9,850,000.00 (€ 1,038,961.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000,000.00 – 12,000,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jia Aili have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Combustion in November this year with an auction result of USD 4,769,000.00 (€ 4,372,020.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Unmixed von Jia Aili kam im Dezember 2020 bei Christies in worldwide zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 9.850.000,00 (€ 1.038.961,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000.000,00 – 12.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jia Aili auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Combustion im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.769.000,00 (€ 4.372.020,54).
