Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Dylan (Smoke) by Jerry Schatzberg for USD 20,312.50 (€ 16,884.87). This price was achieved in the auction Photographs at Bonhams in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 22,000.00 – 28,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Jerry Schatzberg have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in April 2014 by the work 'Bob Dylan 'Smoke'' at USD 28,125.00 (€ 20,277.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Dylan (Smoke) von Jerry Schatzberg für USD 20.312,50 (€ 16.884,87) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographs bei Bonhams in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 22.000,00 – 28.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Jerry Schatzberg wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im April 2014 die Arbeit 'Bob Dylan 'Smoke'' mit USD 28.125,00 (€ 20.277,58).
