The work "En vän till mig" (A friend of mine) by Jens Fänge was sold in the The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2013. The result of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 2,325.22) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jens Fänge have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Gata" in April 2021 with an auction result of SEK 190,000.00 (€ 18,684.12).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "En vän till mig" (A friend of mine) von Jens Fänge wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 2.325,22) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jens Fänge auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Gata" im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 190.000,00 (€ 18.684,12).
