Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Narcissus by Jenny Devereux was sold in the British and Continental Pictures and Prints auction at Christies in London in May 2006. The price achieved of GBP 240.00 (€ 350.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 300.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jenny Devereux - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nerines; Sweet Peas; Three Vases of Flowers; Four Vases of Flowers., which sold at auction in September 2010 for GBP 812.50 (€ 939.74).
